Christmas is the perfect time of the year for listening to children.

I am reminded that Advent is a season of increasing darkness. Up until the Winter Solstice on December 22 our natural light will continue to lessen.

The Incarnation is proof enough that children are whole persons. Like all children Jesus experienced the state of childhood. Childhood did not lessen his Incarnation, or render him less than human.
